Lewis Hamilton has vowed to come out fighting after only managing third on the grid for the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The Briton had to watch on as Max Verstappen clinched his first Formula 1 pole for Red Bull and Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas beat him to the front row.
But as he prepares to start from the clean side of the grid and with the memories of weak recent starts from the Dutchman, Hamilton is prepared to attack.
“I’m always down for a fight, there’s a long way down to Turn 1 so it should be interesting,” he told Sky Sports. “Hopefully we can give them a run for their money.”

On his pretty subdued Q3, the world champion admits he couldn't quite put the lap together.
“Naturally, you’re always going to be targeting first, but Max did a great job and so did Valtteri,” he said initially.
“It kind of got away from me a little bit in qualifying but I’m still in a good position to fight for the win.”
For Bottas, second place signals a strong recovery after only getting 20 laps in the whole of practice on Friday.
“We’ve been chasing it pretty much all weekend since missing Practice 1, and we really only started to get into the rhythm of it this morning,” he claimed.
“It was getting better and better in qualifying and I was pleased with the time in the end. I’m still going to fight for the win.”
